Tournament Details:
Tournament officials and sponsors believe in providing an opportunity for youth to develop their basketball skills and have fun. This is a fundraiser for youth programs and scholarships at Christ Lutheran Church (CLC).
- Entry Fee: $120
- Address: 705 E. 2nd St., Hartford, SD 57033 The easiest route is to take Exit 390 off I-90 (Hartford/Buffalo Ridge) and turn onto Highway 38. The high school will be on your left as you enter Hartford on Hwy 38.
- Location - Hartford, Becker Center (West Central High School). Enter through main High School doors. The check-in table will be directly to your left as you enter the high school commons area. The tourney will take place in Gym 1 / Gym 2 in the Becker Center.
- Check-in: Teams may start arriving 45 minutes prior to their first game. Coaches must sign-in at the registration area prior to their first game.
- Other: Concessions/Lunch will be available in the commons area. All proceeds support our youth programs at CLC.
- Warm-up: You may warm-up on your court prior to your game. We also have reserved a smaller gym (multi-purpose gym) that any team may use for practice / team meetings in between their games. Look for signs and/or ask any volunteer to give you directions.
- Admission - $5.00 – Adults $1.00 – Students K-12. Coaches (max 2) and players are free. No passes accepted.

- Awards: First and second place will be awarded medals.
- Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel or combine age groups if an insufficient number of teams sign up. If an age group must be cancelled due to insufficient numbers a full refund will be provided. Teams may cancel by calling or emailing the contact person below before February 11th and receive a full refund.

Tournament Rules:
- Teams must supply their own game ball.
- No protests will be allowed. Game referees control the game.
- Full court press is allowed to a 10 point lead.
- 16 minute halves. Running clock until final 2 minutes of each half. Three one minute time outs per game.
- Half time will be 3 minutes. In order to stay on a time schedule, pre-game warm-ups and half-time may be shortened.
- Technical fouls are scored 2 points and the ball out of bounds. A second technical foul will result in ejection of the player from the tournament.
- First overtime is two minutes with 1 time out. Second overtime is sudden death with jump ball. • All teams must have a basketball and uniforms with properly numbered jerseys. Teams need to supply their own practice balls.
- Water bottles only on the basketball courts - no sports drinks at team bench.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior from coaches, players, or fans will NOT be tolerated and may result in removal from the game/premises.
- 50 point mercy rule.
Concessions are available. No outside coolers allowed.
Tournament is a fundraiser for our youth scholarships.
